Data protection notice

This notice describes which personal data is processed on active-service-lht.com and in connection with our e-mail service.

2. Registration for the e-mail service

If you register, the following data is processed:

• your e-mail address;
• the areas of interest you have chosen;
• as evidence of your consent, the registration time, your IP address and your browser identification (user agent).

Purpose of the processing: delivering e-mails with information, tips and offers in the areas you chose.
Legal basis: consent according to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Double opt-in procedure: after registering, you receive a message with a link. Your address is only activated for mailings once you have clicked it – this way nobody can register an address that does not belong to them.

Processor: the technical delivery and the administration of the address list are carried out for us by Light House Traffic Inc.; a contract under Art. 28 GDPR governs this processing.

Storage period: the data is kept for the duration of your registration. Once you unsubscribe, it is deleted, except for the evidence of your former consent, which is retained in blocked form.

Withdrawal: use the unsubscribe link contained in each e-mail or contact the controller named in section 1. Processing that took place before your withdrawal remains lawful.

3. Server log files

Our web server automatically logs technical information on every visit, for example your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the browser used. This serves the security and stability of the website; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

4. Data subject rights

You can request information (Art. 15 GDPR), correction (Art. 16), deletion (Art. 17) and restriction of processing (Art. 18), obtain your data in a structured format (Art. 20) and object to processing (Art. 21). Consent may be withdrawn at any time. You are also entitled to complain to a data protection authority.
